Lake Tekapo Alpine Springs offers three outdoor hot pools, an ice/inline rink, snow tubing park, day spa and caf. We are looking for someone preferably from an aquatic background who has experience with plant, filtration, managing staff and customer service skills. Training for operation and plant of our winter side of the business will be given which includes ice rink and snow park machinery and plant. We will also be constructing another complementary recreation based activity. We are seeking a high calibre, experienced business manager to assist in constructing / establishing these businesses and then managing same. The successful applicant will have appropriate outdoor experience; in particular high ropes and/or climbing and will be experienced in staff management and leading a team. You will have high energy levels, be self starting and customer focused. Excellent interpersonal skills, attention to detail and the ability to pursue stringent safety requirements are vital. This is a hands-on role. The successful applicant will be well rewarded.
